pandan leaves

cardamom pods

pieces salmon cutlets or sotong

coconut milk powder with water

garlic (bawang putih, 棕烂烂 finely sliced

chili padi ,

some big chili slice

juice of 1 lime
Method :

put the sotong in the tabu ware, add the coconut milk powder, and add watere. then cock until it smell very good, and then put some more coconut milk powder, must be from kapar,

because the kapar coconut milk powder is the best from malaysia.. some even say batam…
then slow slow fire burn it for 48 hours…sure taste very good de nie…. hahaha because very smelly liao… wakaka
